Domestic Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
Processing Time: International orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 10-15 business days after your order has been processed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mindful Kawa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@mindfulkawa.com. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damages
If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to us at hello@mindfulkawa.com to initiate your replacement order.
